Email troubleshooting

If you are experiencing problems with your email, the following tips may help you out:

  1. Check our service status to see if we are having problems with our network.
  2. If you are using a desktop email application, log into Webmail to see if it works and verify your POP and SMTP server settings.
  3. Has your email password changed? Reset your email password.
  4. Use our Internet Check-up tool if you have Outlook 2003 and higher, Outlook Express and Windows Mail.
