If you are experiencing problems with your email, the following tips may help you out:
- Check our service status to see if we are having problems with our network.
- If you are using a desktop email application, log into Webmail to see if it works and verify your POP and SMTP server settings.
- Has your email password changed? Reset your email password.
- Use our Internet Check-up tool if you have Outlook 2003 and higher, Outlook Express and Windows Mail.
